Due to its special composition of wood and high-density polymer, 65% and 35% respectively, composite wood is highly resistant to external elements, making it perfect for outdoor use. This material is particularly resistant to solar radiation and moisture, and it does not crack or twist. It offers absolute uniformity and unsurpassed durability.
Once installed, you can enjoy it without spending time or money on maintenance. With various colors and textures available, it caters to all tastes. In contrast, natural wood, whether soft or hardwood, has a limited lifecycle when exposed to the elements. Natural wood is vulnerable to UV radiation, humidity, fungal growth, and insect attacks, requiring regular treatment to delay greying, splitting, splintering, or rot.
Given its characteristics, WPC is ideal for outdoor environments due to its exceptional weather resistance. Therefore, composite wood is perfect for:
Swimming Pools, Terraces, Fences, Cladding, Louvers, Sunshades, Handrails, Gazebos, Piers, Porches, ventilated facades and much more.
Its elegant appearance, durability, low maintenance, and ecological benefits make it the perfect choice for many projects.

MorosWood has been dedicated to prioritizing environmental protection and sustainability throughout its production processes to combat the impacts of the climate crisis.
The creation of MorosWood WPC emerged from extensive research into a cutting-edge material with a strong focus on ecological sustainability. This innovative composite wood can be regenerated up to 20 times without compromising its mechanical or aesthetic properties at the end of its lifecycle.
By being able to regenerate multiple times, MorosWood WPC is not just recyclable but truly generable, making it a sustainable choice that aligns with eco-friendly principles.
MorosWood does not require any special maintenance, it is easy to clean thanks to the well-thought combination of wood and polyethylene, that restrain the growth of mold and fungus. It is suggested to clean it by using neutral floor detergents, and if using a high-pressure cleaner.
If the stain still even after having washed, you can apply a universal degreaser, the same that it is used to clean a hot plate. Leave it on the stain for 30 minutes and then rinse, but do not let product residuals on composite wood.
MorosWood does not lose its color or fade, thanks to the colorants and UV absorbers contained in the polymeric composite. There may only be a slight variation in tone, estimated at about 7-10%, due to the presence of natural material. This natural material, which makes up two-thirds of the composite.
Wood plastic composite has excellent fire resistance due to the specific additives included in our formulation, upon request.
Yes, it is excellent water-resistant thanks to the wood being encapsulated by a water-repellent resin The huge advantage of WPC is not affected by the threat of moisture, to solar radiation
Which it does not need oil maintenance as of a wooden deck twice a year, nor does it produce alder.
The material used in the composite wood can resist temperatures up to 70 – 85 degrees C
, maintaining its mechanical and aesthetic properties.
We provide an extension of a 10-year warranty on proper use conditions on the decking. For warranty clauses please refer to the MorosWood general conditions of sale.
